OP, why do you need a bun or wrap? A lot of places will do lettuce wraps. A Five Guys double bacon cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce always satisfies my burger cravings.

I know this isn’t what you’re looking for, but I haven’t found a better substitute - even premade. It’s quick - I make one every time I’m cooking a burger and it’s done before I even need to flip it:
1 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
2 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
90 seconds in a wide mug in the microwave. Done and sliced by the time I’m finishing my burger

Why can’t you just eat the cow?
I read that upping Potassium will help with sugar cravings. Unsure if that’d help for burgers. Worth supplementing maybe??
If you need bread, try Joseph’s low carb flatbread, or Cut da Carb flatbread. Many stores also sell low-carb tortillas.
Just a word of warning, though: these breads make me blow up like a balloon. If you do dairy, try cheese buns — takes about 15 minutes to make, including cooking time.
