Anyone provide any insight into how the work life/salary is post MBA in industry? Whether knowing through friends or first hand. Also, will many industry positions reimburse your full MBA tuition?

I have 5.5 yoe as a developer and a current CTC: of 9 LPA

I got the offer letter from Tata technology 15 LPA and cognota 15.5 LPA . 

and Fujitsu offer letter is in pipline . 

But I am expecting at least 18 -19 LPA. how to deal with the company for salary hikes. ?  which company is best ?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

I feel like all of my friends who work in tech are very open about their starting salaries and the increases each year. I am going to work in public accounting and I feel like when I look up how much I will make after being promoted or early promoted it’s very cryptic. Can anyone tell me the standard salary % increase in PA after your first, second, third promotion?

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

Hello guys! I work as a Campus Tech, I deal with 1200 kids for a Charter K-8th grade and 100 staff. I love working with a school district due to the amount of time we have off during school and summer off. But I’m debating on the pay I feel as I’m under pay for the amount of work that I do, troubleshooting Chromebook’s, laptops, printers, & projects…anything that plugs into the wall I cover. I’m struggling with an issue with a student right now. I teach in a suburban school outside of NYC that has a very large majority of white students. One of my Black students was recently involved in a biased incident with another student in which he received racist social media messages and racist spoken words from the other student. This was a kid that my Black student thought was his friend. He’s heartbroken, and so am I. I want to know how I can best support my student.
