What salary can I expect for the Senior Product Analyst role at Tavisca?

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

Current SC with ~3YOE looking for a jump to tech. Just wrapped up interviews with AWS non-tech role slotted at L4. Current base is $115k. Can anyone provide insight into the band for L4 at AWS? I’ve provided the recruiter with my ideal range and am continually reminded to make sure I look at the “full compensation package”. Anticipate receiving offer within coming days. TIA.

Haven't yet talked to Deloitte about counter offer, curious how much will they counter this with.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. I have a high quality office chair and try to use my desk in standing mode at least once a day and wear good trainers for feet support. But the lower back pain is a killer. Driving now too ends up hurting :(
