Comp question. Interviewing at Facebook (Meta) for Growth Marketing Manager role, remote/Hybrid in NYC. Meta Recruiter said base $145k, bonus, $65k equity & Base was not negotiable. However this seems a bit lowball. Compared to 180+ base I’ve seen on Glassdoor and base Meta shared for the role for those from Colorado ~157k, the base is low given higher cost of NYC living. Is it possible to negotiate this to be closer to the 157-160k range? Currently a growth manager, 6+ years exp in marketing.

R/GA allows fully remote. Something like a quarter of R/GA staffers are long term remote.

I know WK, the martin agency, arts&letters and DDB Chicago are making exceptions for the right talent
TBWA Chiat NY remote for me - office opened but no one goes in or mandatory

Lmao this is NOT true. Office is packed on Tuesdays.
Chiat LA is meant to be in office tues-thurs, it’s “mandatory” but flexible. WFH the whole month of July though. There are also exceptions, you can make the request to be fully remote.
I interviewed at Chiat LA last year and they were okay with me staying remote. I guess it depends on the accounts you'd be working on...
similar to TWBA 2– anomaly is "mandatory" flexible tues-thurs. a few people only come in once a week, others i feel like i see once a month
Ha, what is mandatory flexible?

Dentsu and Barkley are fully remote (offices open/optional), and DDB Chicago is currently in-office 1 day/week, but likely moving to 2. Like someone else said, though, DDB is offering remote for the right talent.
Chiat LA leadership keeps giving rah-rah speeches trying to get everybody to come back at least a couple days a week, but every time I go into the office on those days, it can’t be more than 30% full. I think unless the job market hard shifts and people are desperate to keep their jobs again, it’s going to be hard to really enforce the majority of the office actually showing up.
