Anyone have recs for a Nephrologist/Kidney doc?
Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Everything always takes me so long to do :/
I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

I went in house to fee counsel, and you should definitely do it. Depending on whether you do Bodily injury, etc I think you’ll be well prepared. Most in house insurance companies, or companies in general don’t do billable hours. I really took that for granted at the time I was staff counsel. I’m in the same boat again and am weighing my options. But you’ve got this!
Also, the pay (depending) will probably be much lower. But better work life balance 🙌🏼
I'm experiencing the same thing. My soul is exhausted.
This is me - was just looking at the in house insurance company positions with no billable hours. There are also ID firms with 1800-1850 requirements. Or try municipal/gov positions too. Your litigation experience is valuable in a lot of non-billable places.
