I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

6.5-8. Need sleep for fitness recovery and to function at optimal intellectual levels. 💁🏼
Donald Trump says he only gets 3-4 a night, and he's been on that schedule for 71 years, so...
I typically average about 7-7.5 hours, but sleep is a huge priority for me.
About 7. I'm cranky and look terribly if I get anything less than 6 consistently.
"Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke." - National Institute of Health. 7-9 hours for adults is necessary.

2-4. For a few years now. You'll read about me one day.
I've gone on 4 hours for months now. It's terrible and it landed me in the hospital. You should stop that...pretty sure they won't promote you again if you're in a coffin.

Are you the same SVP, Account Management who was upset their significant other wasn't as ambitious as them? Sounds like you're in some sore need of life perspective.
5-7 depending. But has nothing to do with work, just doing other things. When i leave the office, that's it. That's my time. See you in the morning.
I average 7-8. Working from home on this project so I have the luxury of sleeping till 8:30-9am when the emails start flooding in and I also take intermittent naps when necessary. Ahhh, freelancing.
Just leaving the office now...so it'll be about 4.5 for me tonight. Tomorrow should be a blast.
If I don't get enough sleep my brain will not do anything unless I just drank a coffee. As a creative, that's a problem. So sleep is super important.
