Based in Toronto, stuck in a very toxic workplace. While I can handle difficult tenants easily, the PTSD from some of the brutal ones in Summerhill / Yonge St Claire building has taken a huge toll on my overall wellbeing. The Community Manager did nothing to address concerns, and lack of performance of the maintenance team feeling more burden. It has reached a stage where I feel like is worthless and no way out of this dark hole. Advice is appreciated <3

Sorry you're going through this. We've all been there. The best advise is to start looking for another role in a different company. Truth is no organization is immune to toxic culture in a work place. The trick is to find one where the pros outweigh the cons. You'll be alright, stay strong.

How do I resign?
I'm sort of new to my current job and I certainly don't like the work here and I've informed my manager about this earlier twice or even more.
But my manager has been very kind and supportive, whenever I ask for support and appreciates me too in scrum calls, but somehow I don't like the work.

If I'm getting a better opportunity, how do I resign and what do I tell my manager?

I am a first year who just started a couple of months ago and I am literally confused all the time. I did some small work for two partners and they loved it, so put me on new deals but the mid levels I am staffed with absolutely hate the work I do. One said the work I did was laughable. I felt bed because I spent over 25 hours on this. I wouldn’t be very bothered but the other Associates in my class are killing it. So I just feel dumb all the time.
