McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

2. How many reports (for each travel period) do you usually do per month?
3. Do you use Corp card or Personal card?
4. Which firm do you work at?

Low, would assume $85k at the low end and $110k at the top end. No matter what the recruiter tells you, this is not a consulting role so if you enjoy the client facing side I would not recommend.
WLB is definitely better than CT, would say you could get by as an average performer at 40-45hrs a week. You do get the same benefits as anyone else at the firm, which includes one of the best healthcare plans in the corporate world.
Career trajectory is definitely slower than CT but the flip side is your job security is a lot higher.

That’s not a client facing role.... 🥴
Yep, understood. I understand their client facing role comp ranges for the most part, so was curious what this was :) also inquiring for someone else. I wasn’t sure what to tell them. Figured the smart minds of Fishbowl would know, though
