What’s the difference between applying for round 1 and applying for around 2?

Happy Wednesday everyone. I'm so excited, I have a recruiter call scheduled with @Meta for Administrative Partner position. I've been in my current employer role for 19 years and I'm nervous as heck. I haven't had to do an interview in so long. Can someone please tell me what to expect with the recruiter call? I'm assuming it will be mostly about the role, my skills and background? What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. Just finished my first year in audit. Recruiter reached out to me for a role with a 30% bump in salary. Total comp included it gets closer to 45%. I actually enjoyed my first year and especially being done with busy season now feeling pretty good.
