Chase Sapphire Reserve if you tend to eat out often or travel a lot. You may have missed the 100k points sign on opportunity, but I've heard they might still honor that if you go into a branch.
Also, I believe the AMEX blue cash preferred beats both of those but haven't looked at cards since I got my CSR.. waiting for American Express to bring a 100k+ points offer for platinum

Citi Double Cash is great for its simplicity, 2% cash back, no annual fee, nothing more. CSP has a lot of benefits for travelers and an annual fee so do the math. There is NO downside to Citi Double Cash other than the hard inquiry

like

It's hard to justify CSP when you get 2% on everything. cSP has no foreign transaction fees. That might be the only reason

My investing strategy is just to DCA into an S&P 500 index fund and keep buying and holding. If I understand correctly, the sole disadvantage this has compared to a tax sheltered retirement account is that the quarterly dividends will be taxed? But even so, they’ll be taxed at a lower qualified dividend rate since I’m automatically reinvesting those dividends.

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

1/3 Question on tax treatment of nonpriority unsecured claims converted into long-term note decreased total liabilities under Chapter 11. An accrual based C-Corp taxpayer completed a Chapter 11 reorganization and converted a total of $1M A/P to suppliers into a $410K LT note (a $590K liability reduction). Should we view this $590K as the Sec. 108(a)(1)(A) excludable income? After reading through IRS Pub 4681, I think it makes sense to view the $590 as "Reduced Price After Purchase", but not

ADHD medication with high Blood Pressure?

I found ADHD meds helpful when I worked in consulting in my 20s. I stopped the meds when I went back to school. Also have had High BP since late 20s. 15 years away, I am back in consulting and loving it, however my difficulties juggling so many projects/tasks is holding me back. I know I would benifit from some ADHD medication but my Dr won’t prescribe any with my history of BP (controlled with BP meds). Anyone else gone through this? Any tips?

Any insight on responsibilities, W/L balance, leadership, etc in these in house roles?

This is a question about friendships. Two friends got into a really bad fight this past weekend. They have each asked me to hang out this weekend. What do I do? I don’t want to have to choose sides.
