Chase Sapphire Reserve if you tend to eat out often or travel a lot. You may have missed the 100k points sign on opportunity, but I've heard they might still honor that if you go into a branch.
Also, I believe the AMEX blue cash preferred beats both of those but haven't looked at cards since I got my CSR.. waiting for American Express to bring a 100k+ points offer for platinum
Citi Double Cash is great for its simplicity, 2% cash back, no annual fee, nothing more. CSP has a lot of benefits for travelers and an annual fee so do the math. There is NO downside to Citi Double Cash other than the hard inquiry
It's hard to justify CSP when you get 2% on everything. cSP has no foreign transaction fees. That might be the only reason
