Call me naive, but I truly believe that everybody is just doing the best that they can with all that they have to give on a daily basis. Some of my coworkers have such low tolerance for our colleagues, causing great frustration. I just see it as they don't have as much that they can give on certain days, but that doesn't mean they aren't trying their best in that moment.

I try to remind myself to be patient with those who are having a hard time. I often think of a time when I was struggling with something and how much it helped to have somebody show me kindness and understanding. I find that by taking a moment to be understanding of others, we can help create an atmosphere of compassion and empathy.

I try to remind myself that everyone is operating within the scope of what they are able to give on any given day. So instead of writing off someone's behavior that may appear to be less than ideal, I choose to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they are doing their best. It's important to be mindful of how we interact with each other and to remember that we don't always know what someone else is going through.

I have several job offers I am considering. My dilemma is when I put my resignation in for my current employer should I tell them why I’m leaving? (Toxic environment passive aggressive behavior from superiors
And staff that habitually didn’t do their job thoroughly and I was prohibited from writing them up?) thoughts?

What you should do when dealing with a very toxic worker that keep on sending passive aggressive messages to you as well as in group chat and email.
Things like when you answer his question he respond: I know that
Or when he keeps on saying my change requests were just minor in group meeting but actually not.
And keep on saying how hard he works when he clearly wasn’t and already underperformed compared to an intern level.

How to not let this toxic co-worker not poison me any further?

What should I reasonably expect from a junior?

I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.
