1) track everything you eat. That latte isn't 0 calories for example.
2) I like weights, and you can get a great session in 30 minutes if you focus on the big moves
3) try to stay active to a bit (go for a morning walk if feasible, walk to get coffee etc)
4) drink water
5) some meal services might help but I haven't used them
Good luck!

East better food. Do more HIIT (steady cardio isn't the answer). The rest is math. Less calories in than what you're burning. Set a realistic weight loss goal and track it. Also consider carb cycling and timing your macros for optimal energy burn and for sedation.
This is the answer, but start slow. Low impact.
IF and walking (6k+ steps). Did wonders to me even without cutting on carbs / sugar. I swear by IF.
Thank you everyone for your comments!😁
Costco. Just eat at Costco

I stopped eating deep fried food— grilled nuggets and a fruit cup from Chick-fil-A are more satisfying now than regular nuggets and fries. My skin even looks better!
Calories is one thing. Other very important thing to consider are macro nutrients. You can track both in MyFitnessPal app. I was shocked btw how many calories a whole milk latte or also cheese has. And making small changes for example cooking with less oil, drinking black coffee, can already make a huge difference
I started tracking my food intake and realized I was eating a lot more calories than I thought. My portions are now smaller and I eat oatmeal with fruit instead of eggs for breakfast most days. Also - don’t drink your calories! No sodas, sweet coffees, or alcohol.
Fully support all of the comments about tracking calories (you might find posts on r/loseit about CICO helpful). For calories out: getting an Apple Watch totally gamified exercising for me and made me much more motivated to do it, plus gives me a better idea of my TDEE than online calculators
What worked for me - Water first and plant-based.
If you’re thirsty, that means you’re already dehydrated.
Cutting out meats has also helped with me energy levels
I needed to lower my cholesterol and used the My Net Diary app (paid version). Also ended up losing a few pounds as a consequence. I thought this app was really user friendly and has a good search library so I wasn’t adding everything manually. I also own a food scale and that has made it much easier to track what I’m eating. Highly recommend anyone that wants to track their intake get a scale.
Eat boiled egg-white & spinach, 3 meals per day + 45minutes cardio per day, I lost ~20kg within 2 months
Get a nutritionist and a trainer.
I have close friends who are trying weight watchers and have had great success with it. You log what you eat in their app and everything is worth a certain amount of points. The premise sounds annoying but it’s really easy to stick to and you can still eat things you like.
KETO!! So easy, can still have steaks, cheese, sour cream, bacon, vodka/sodas, and dark chocolate, some of my favs! There’s lots of Keto friendly products out there-yogurt, ice cream bars, bread. I don’t feel like I’m missing out when I’m on this diet and you drop weight fast. All you should do is try and walk five miles a day (helps, but have necessary). You can do it!!!
SA1 keto can be dangerous but there are ways around it, like keeping your body and kidneys hydrated. Lots and lots of water to flush it out, etc.
Taking workout classes def helps

A second job seems to be my cure lol dropped 7-8 lbs in a week 😂
Calories deficit - 80/20 solution
Don't jump right into something very different and hard. Try to set a new LIFESTYLE rather than a new diet so you can actually stick with it and live with it.
Factor 75. Do two meals / day / 5 days a week and minimal healthy snacking / healthy breakfasts.
Edy’s half churned ice cream - no fake sugar taste
Walking for an hour every day - easy and burns lots of calories
Low cal chicken salads for lunch - will keep you full and you can always switch up the flavors to prevent it from being repetitive, like do taco salad, Asian crunch salad, summer berry salad etc.
You can make almost any dressing low cal by switching the amount of oil you add with vinegar
Always make protein fresh. Meal prepping is just reheating leftovers which is so gross after the second day. You can put chicken tenderloins in the air fryer and it only takes 15 min .
Trü fruit frozen strawberries
Serving of oatmeal for breakfast with add-ins to keep it interesting
Try to stay under 700 calories for breakfast and lunch so you can have a regular dinner and low cal dessert. I wouldn’t aim for anything less than 1500 a day personally. Diets shouldn’t be that hard or you won’t stick to them. I never deny my cravings just incorporate them in and eat small amounts. When I was younger I was obsessed with trying to lose as much weight as fast as I could but now I see it’s unsustainable and actually harder. I would advise against Keto or other weird diets
I did 5:2 fasting (aka fasted until 6 PM two days a week and then only had 500 calories for dinner).
Biggest lesson I learned is that hunger is not a straight line -- when you start to get hungry, you don't just get hungrier and hungrier until you lose your mind. It's more like a sine graph -- it ebbs and flows. I remind myself of that even now that I'm not dieting.
5:2 is definitely not for everyone but I loved it because I only dieted two days a week and it didn't require me to constantly make good decisions (aka pack lunch or get the saddest thing on the menu if eating out). On days I fasted, I made no good decisions at all; I just didn't eat 🤷♀️
