Does EY’s vision plan not cover eye exams?
Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏

Also I am not getting to learn anything.

Make a google drive spreadsheet, I’ve found it’s the best way to track.

I like Fitbod because it tracks your workouts but you can also have it come up with your workouts for the day too.
Fitnotes is pretty good. Simple/easy to use and exportable to excel
I really like Liftin’ (on iOS, not sure about Android) because it has a nice Apple Watch app.
I like a notebook or just writing in my notes app. I can track the weight I used, how many reps I was able to get, and document how it felt. For example, I can write that I hit 6 reps but the last 2 were tough and my form began to suffer a bit. That way if I use the same weight and hit the same reps next time, I can still know I’m progressing based on how the full set and reps feel.
Nothing really beats a piece of paper and a pencil. I’ve found that having a tangible notebook is the best way for me
Thank you all!
