Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff. I got an offer in Singapore for 4k SGD per month. I have 3.4 years of experience in IT Audit and also did masters in specialization with Information Security and hold two certs. In negotiation for a Manager Role for BNY Mellon (grade K). Looking for some guidance on how hard I can push the issue with increasing my offer.
My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. Those considered it would be a lateral financial move for the 2023 year.

I heard through a family friend that someone was making $130k as a 1st year Senior Financial Analyst at KPMG in Philly. Seems a bit steep was seeing more like $110k total comp but was curious to know.
