Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Keep the fun budget. Be young and enjoy life. Fun doesn’t have to mean drinking, cheap flights and getaway weekends if you know how to do it cheap
This. You’re young once and you can’t take it with you
Could reduce “fun budget” and increase 401k and HSA contribution.
If you’re keen on it:
Match company 401k match
Max out Roth IRA
Max out HSA
Max out 401k
Leverage mega back door Roth if applicable
I plan to do these. I’m likely living pretty on edge for about a year. But I don’t see myself living more expensively than I am now, and have a pretty cushy amount of savings from working in college.
Rent is just too high. I only started paying around that much now and I take home maybe 10K. But then again thats my portion between SO and I. Your salary will grow and you should be fine but prob gotta tighten up. Assuming you’re in NYC or Bay ?
Yeah I mean I get it. I was in high COL early on too. Paycheck to paycheck life because I liked socializing. Paid off though.
Rent is where your money is going. If you want to have a nice place that's ok, but make the conscious choice that it means you won't save nearly as much
Monthly take home: ~5K
Rent: 2.3K (I know... but I like spending time at my place and it’s nice!)
401K/HSA: ~500
Groceries: ~150-200
Utility/Internet: 85
Fun budget: ~400-500
Misc expenses: ~300
Rent is wayy to high imo. I take home a tad less than you and spend less than half that on rent and live in a relatively expensive city
@OP, totally get that but just put into perspective where massive savings could be had. Kinda sucks to save pennies and dimes here and there but then throw $30k AFTER tax dollars toward rent
Fresh associate UG?! LOL how do you make like 120K?
About 100-105k all in this year it’s looking like. Is this not normal?
