I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?

It's more compact than having to type out a link. Some of those have multiple links in them connecting to their socials, LinkedIn and other information. It's like a one-stop shop of sorts. It's very handy.

Usually leads to linkedin profile or portfolio. Can be useful. But they should supply the link elsewhere as well so it is more clear.
It's a way to stand out from the crowd. Nothing more. I scanned one once out of curiosity and It was a personal website. It's clever but I would prefer if you only sent me the link and that's it lol
Seems to be a just a new trend people use as opposed to sending a link. Seen as more aesthetically pleasing than putting a link on you resume.
Technology nowadays makes it easier for someone find something without even typing a single letter on the keyboard. Reason why I've seen QR codes on the resumes for several times now.
I've noticed it too, it's super frustrating bc it's like...I don't have TIME to do that lol
So far I've never received one. But my friend who works in another company got at least 90 resumes this day. I don't get it.
50 to 200 resumes for 1 posting in this current market? What kind of job are you hiring for?
