Can you transfer points from Chase Ultimate Rewards to another rewards program (e.g. United MileagePlus miles?) or do those points have to be redeemed through Chase?

My father had a sever case of Covid and he made it out successfully. I’m very grateful for this. New midlevel associate at a big law firm and still ramping up. Tier 2 MBA colleges and growth dilemma

At most companies your CTC is decided based on which tier your college is classified under. Most of the times even with a really high experience and stellar performance you won’t be able to match CTCs of freshers from Tier 1 colleges.
