ACN folks can’t fight though. We’re stronger from beating each other up everyday.
Accenture is better hands down
Culture? Can’t speak on ACNs behalf, but most people here are chill, I’ve been successful in drawing the line whenever I take PTO, managers and directors have been responsive to my project needs and wants. Only negative is there is a disconnect with upper management. Transparency is an issue, we get internal firm changes that affect us all with no insight into why those decisions get made, other than it was made for “our benefit” when it obviously is not
I spent a number of years at KPMG and have been at Accenture for a few years and can say the culture and opportunities are vastly better than KPMG. People are awesome (no back stabbing crap here) and ability to move around within the firm is seen as a good thing, “ivory tower” at KPMG doesn’t fly here. My experience on pay is that it is lower, but WLB is proactively managed.
☝️what K1 said. Overall a good culture. We have our fair share of assholes just like everyone one else.
Ha. I would be coming from Deloitte. A-hole aside, thank you both for feedback.
A1. Thank you. Good to get your perspective on both. Are you in consulting, technology or capabilities?
A1 salary lower at A or K? Based on way you wrote I’m guessing A is lower but better WLB?
