Certified scrum master or PMP??

In automotive domain which one should I prefer as per trending technology and future scope:
1. Autosar
2.Module based design ( MBD)

Anyone from EY-Parthenon, what does a typical senior consultant look like resume/experience wise? If I have audit and FDD experience as a Senior for 3 years (currently in FDD), a CPA, no MBA, is that enough to get in to EY-P? Or is the MBA basically required? What would I be missing? Thanks!

Is there a difference in value between pursuing an MBA at an accredited, but not ivy, and a certification (business analytics or CIA)?

Does one provide more value than the other? I've heard the MBA's shine is dimming and don't want to waste time if a certificate can do the same for me.

With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year.
