Coast Guard Boot Camp vs. Navy Boot Camp. To those who have been to both, which is harder and why? I know boot camp isn't designed to be easy or enjoyable.

I've only been to Coast Guard Boot Camp. Based on my experience, it was not really that hard. Well, challenging but manageable.

Based on my experience, the coast guard boot camp was actually tough. It is very physically oriented.

Navy Bootcamp is definitely more relaxed than Coast Guard and it really wasn't that bad at all. Just expect very little freedom and nights of interrupted sleep which can be a shocker to some.

While one option might be physically harder or mess with your head a bit more, in the end, the odds of completing are the same. I don't think it makes a difference, but could see why you asked.

I have 10 years of experience. Mostly in Unix, C++ and Visual C++ and MS SQL. I developed interest in cloud computing as like many others and was able to clear AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect Associate and Professional, AWS Security. Along with these I was able to clear 8 Azure certifications as well: 3 fundamentals, Azure Security, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps and Azure Architect.
Now my main question, can I try to switch on Cloud Architect or some other similar cloud roles?

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!
