What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

Keep professional and personal online presence separate. So many problems can be avoided by using LinkedIn for your professional connections and other platforms for the rest of your life. Your coworker is short sighted.
Yeah LinkedIn is underrated for satisfying that social media urge if you have it but keeping it professional. Otherwise keep it way from work!
What a weird thing for them to admit. They just showed people who they are and probably exactly why they were unfollowed lol.
People need to remember your coworkers aren't your friends. Employers have often "mandated" team building activities outside of the office but don't realize they do more harm than good. One of the best things about Cxvid is WFH bc HR has a lot less employee relation issues.
Great for HR to avoid conflicts, I do think employee team building activities are still good on dedicated days (within office hours). A friendly team helps for productivity!
Honestly, work follows are like office plants nice to have, but no one should cry if one disappears People take social media way too seriously. I say: unfollow, refollow, soft block whatever brings peace. As long as we still say 'hi' at the coffee machine, we’re good
Our office plants have a 100% mortality rate after a month so that checks out then…

Oh no! Being “unfollowed” on social media? The sky is falling! The sky is falling! Feel like I’m 5 again and I didn’t get a cookie after dinner for doing well at school. 😂
I read this and think to myself, how are so many smart emotionally mature people currently unemployed when issues like this are part of people’s workday? How do these shallow space wasters still have jobs when the competition for a single opening is so fierce? Doesn’t anyone actually work anymore?
I add colleagues to my FB feed once they become former colleagues aka after they leave the company I work for.
My private life is private. I don't engage on social media with anyone I work with. I don't want it to be construed as favoritism. If they leave the organization, I have no issues with it.
I am always shocked when people notice who unfollows who. If my own sister unfollowed me, I’d never know
