I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Most agencies have a “Creative Resource Manager”. Even if there isnt one by title, someone is managing this.
Shoot them an email, see if it’s feasible. Pro tip: tell your manager, and you will avoid burning bridges. Be honest with them about your intention to work on different accounts. You don’t have to be candid if your manager is part of the problem, of course.
Ahhhh yeah. That sounds tough. Keep it all business, even if you and your direct manager are tight, best to just keep the reasoning around your growth / exposure to different accounts. Good luck!
Early in my career I did it the wrong way.
I waited until my yearly review with our ECD. He’d asked that we each bring in three pieces that were produced over the year that we were each proud of.
I showed up empty handed and said I wasn’t proud of anything b/c I was unhappy with what I was working on.
He was super great about it, we talked about why I was unhappy and what I wanted to work on. He said he wished I’d told him sooner.
My direct manager, the lead on the team I was working on, was hurt that I hadn’t told him. And was disappointed.
I didn’t really burn any bridges. I hurt feelings. I wasn’t proud of that. And didn’t need to do it so dramatic about it.
So when a young creative came to me and asked how to ask off a piece of business recently, my advice to her was to talk to her manager about the difference she wanted to see.
I suggested she ask how her current account might be able to meet her desires and if not, what accounts could.
I also told her to make it both about her career (learning new things) but also bringing what she’s learned in that account to others — so also a business case.
She also offered to gradually roll off her account over six months, so they weren’t losing institutional knowledge and she could help train her replacement.
In both cases, it worked. But with the second way there were no bridges burned, or feelings hurt.

Nice. Thanks for sharing. I am for sure willing to be gradually rolled off vs a hard cut
Be sure you’re clear about how adamant you want to come across. If you want to give an ultimatum, that’s fine. But given the current environment, I would prob position it as you’re happy to do what they need but after three years, you’d appreciate the opportunity to try something else.
Alternately, you can volunteer to help another ecd on your own time until they’re willing to try to pull you in.

About a year ago my partner and I were discussing going nuclear with an ultimatum but looking at everything happening right now… yea lmao
