My current CTC 13 lpa/8 YOE, Python developer. Im selected for TCS, i told expected 25 lpa, she told we can give max 19 lpa, i told i have to think, she cut call, next day she told to join call to take screenshot with ID. It's been a week, they didn't send CTC break up, status is "evaluation in progress". They rejected me? Can I expect offer? TIA Tata Consultancy

Check retain, if you are getting let go you won't be forecasted past today or end of week.

C1 unfortunately PwC is doing a ton via phone as well. True indicator on the calendar invite is whether or not HR sent it and whether or not you can attempt to move it

10k raise, 2k bonus. Did I mention before CRTs in early May total rewards accidentally posted my performance tier with a whopping $1900 bonus? Clearly these decisions are made prior to any actual discussion. This is political bs.
Yes, HR submits recommendations before CRT. During CRT partners will approve or modify.
