Wipro Hi fishers, need a suggestion urgently. My wife Joined Wipro on 12th of Jan 2022 but till now didn't got any project. Stream is SAP Functional. Now she's holding an offer letter from Cognizant with a good package but problem is need to join by 19th of April. Is there any way to give spot resignation in Wipro? She's currently on bench.

Hi nyc boys 😏
Any rooftops at gay bars in manhattan?
You will be accepted. You will be loved.
Don't give it another thought. Thank you for wanting and willing to be your authentic self. 🙏🏼
Hey!
First of all, it’s inspirational that you’re considering being your full self at work. A lot of LGBT consultants resign themselves to being “comfortably queer” to straight folks (Pete Buttigieg style). The way I view it, you will face more implicit than explicit discrimination, and at the end of the day your career will be safe given the inclusive HR policies. You’ll also be truer to yourself and other queer folks out there. Personally I’ve never worn woman’s clothing at work, but I do paint my nails occasionally and I’ve only been met with support. I also know someone who is out as trans, and from my point of view, no one cares about her transition as long as she’s doing her work (like anyone else). Kudos to you!
+1 you will be accepted, loved, and if someone gives you anything less, tell your PDM, your DGL, and report to the LGBTQ affinity group leads who can advise you, you will find a multitude of people willing to stand with you.
Anyone know if McKinsey will be accepting of that? I assume that technically they have to be, but also that in reality I may deal with a lot of ignorant people and that it could affect my career trajectory negatively. Would love any advice from fellow gender queer people especially, regardless of your firm!
OP! Be who you are! Partners care about output mostly. Prove yourself through your work and they have no reason to think about anything else.
There will be times at clients where you need to be more considered in how you present, I’m truly sorry for this. I worked in Asia for a while and played the cis-male straight card. I was completely open with my team and that made it fun somehow. We had jokes the clients didn’t get and went out together.
Send me a DM if you need to talk to someone or need a mentor through the process.
Happy to help.
I work with one gender non-conforming person who presents themself as very femme but uses GN pronouns. There’s full support in our office and there haven’t been any issues to my knowledge. I say go for it! 🏳️🌈
Femme non-binary trans black person here ✌🏾
Would love to hear about your experiences! Feel free to post here or DM if you like!
This is amazing!! I’m a POC gay male. Not gender fluid; however, I bring my authentic self every day to work. You being you will inspire others to be them, and especially if you kick butt on your work products and client relationships. You’ll definitely be met with folks who will initially react and give you the Up and Down but it will immediately go away once folks interact with you. You are helping shape and turn any stereotype so I humbly and wholeheartedly applaude you.
The replies in this thread make me so happy as a queer NB person in the field.
Thank you all so much, this is great to hear. But what will it be like at client sites, since I assume I’ll spend the majority of my time out of the office?
It’s impossible to say; I think generally clients don’t care, especially with the protection from your firm. Obviously it’s a decision you will have to make for yourself and it’s no guarantee no one will say anything, but you can decide your own pros / cons
