Do big MNCs also fire like this ?

Hello fishes,
I have offers from Tiger Analytics and o9 Solutions . Both companies offering similar pay.
I have 2.5 years of experience in Data Science more specifically time series analysis. I know o9 has main domain in time series forecasting for supply chain analytics. But my work will depend on the client I will assigned to.
Which is the better company in regards to machine learning and data science exposure.

What's your new company?
Accenture
It depends on what is your priority….
Quality work and Money or Money with peaceful life…
In TCS it’s very difficult to get some quality work (it’s not impossible but it’s difficult) and most of the TCS mentors/managers are also bit outdated they are not up to the mark with respect to technology and people management….
Only if you are lucky enough, then you will get good Management and quality work.
TCS is good unless and until if you have good/some decent package and regular onsite (Atleast 3 years onsite in a span of 5 Years).
If not, accept Accenture and again you need to keep changing companies to keep yourself in current trend…
I am not the right person to comment about learnings in Accenture. But I heard from many people that it’s good.
And also, of course you are not in government sector to stick on to the same boss and company. If you don’t like and not comfortable you can switch at any point of time. So chill and go with the trend. 😊
Stay with TCS only if you are getting an onsite opportunity or a scope of onsite within 6 months or at max within 9 months.
The 3rd option is, if you are married to an IT employee, then bring him/her to TCS and the other can keep switching.
So one can earn good amount in India and other can manage family and timely onsite for foreign trips with money. 😉
