Salaries/bonus are close enough that it shouldn’t really influence your decision. Go with the firm you liked more or think you’d be happier with.
If you don't tell anyone word won't get out
It’s still not too late to not get into audit
Lol sounds very internish. Good luck bud!!
you wouldn’t even notice a difference in your paychecks. Go with whatever you’re more interested/passionate about.
Agree with posts suggesting you go with Firm 2 which you seem to like better.
If you are happier you are also likely to do a better job and be more fulfilled. This likely means you will ne more focused and perform better and that means......you will get bigger raises and may earn promotion faster.
So....by picking firm 2 you will enjoy your career more and will likely earn more after the first 2 or 3 years.
Good luck
Pick whichever one you like less than bounce to the other one in a few years and get a nice pay bump
My honest advice - salary is very close and also at your level less important.
“Go with the one you like” sounds like good advice but it’s bullshit - I guarantee six months in you will hate them both.
I would say go with the better brand name so you set yourself up better for exiting in a couple years. It sounds stupid, but having a bigger name on your CV matters. A lot.
If they are fairly comparable, then I’d say go with firm two. They’re paying exam costs, which is always a good sign of them giving a shit about your development.
