Depends if you have an MBA. I'd say 110-160 depending on how long you've been a SC, your ratings, and MBA
Awesome, thanks! No MBA. I think 120 would be fair then.
D's SC1 makes 110? That's more than PwC's SA2 in NY at 106k
SC1's have the same years of exp as your SA2 due to BA level being in the mix I believe
Average for the FB survey a few months back was around $115k
It takes someone 4 years to get to SA2 at PwC from campus hire. 3 years as Associate, 1 year as SA1, then fifth year is SA2. Is that the same at D?
Two year BA, two year C, then SC so about the same. This is for consulting, advisory cuts out the BA level
In S&O you typically have take an MBA break though.
Thanks for clarifying!
Deloitte SC without an MBA here. 130k base.
D5, what's your SC tenure? That makes me wonder if I can ask for 130k then.
OP I recently joined Deloitte fro EY as SC, after a hard negotiation I got $130k and $5k as joining bonus... I am based out of NYC
I'm in Dallas so definitely not the same COL, D6 😂. But I hear Deloitte normalizes salary across geographies.
