I joined a new consulting firm and have been here for 6 months. Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. My current TC is 95k. Is it worth making the jump if the offer is north of 110k? Anything I should look out for? The client and coworkers were all nice, but I remember being stressed on the project due to limited resources.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Having a moment and wanted to make a post. I lost a special family member suddenly in April 2020. And then another July 2020. And then the most influential person in my life in February 2021. And then another big loss in April 2022. I’m still grieving. Every single day. Some days are better than others. I’ve had heightened anxiety and depression with it. My heart hurts all of the time. I miss them all so much. Some days just seem to be better than others.

My mood has been fluctuating so much lately. Some days (yesterday) I wake up feeling invincible and some days (today) want to hide myself the rest of the world and feel like nothing will ever get better. I’m trying to push myself to make plans with other ppl and am really self-conscious about it cuz I don’t want ppl to see me in low spirit.. any ideas on how to fix that?

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. It’s not changing in the last several years and it’s impacting our relationship. Anyone have experience with their SO dealing with untreated anxiety? Going through a lot of mixed emotions. Almost feels like my anxiety levels are on the rise. I used to think I can manage stress very well, but that belief seems to be fading away. I am diabetic as well and don’t see much point of working hard as I have in all my life so far... and just feel like living alone and going somewhere in the darkness.
