Have you tried….sleeping? Restructure your life to go bed earlier
I’m a night owl 🦉 despite my best efforts
A comsistent sleep schedule is important as well as addressing other health issues. I recently did a food sensitivity test of 200+ foods and found out that the foods I eat on a daily basis were the root cause of my energy and sleep issues. I have since changed my diet and have consistent sleep and feel way better. I’ve been battling these issues for years and now I can sleep under 8 hrs and not have to nap during the day and can make it through a movie without sleeping. My motivation, productivity, and mental health is all back on track. Good luck in your journey!
I was having issues with having enough energy. I added a magnesium supplement to my diet. I’ve been getting much better sleep and feel more energetic during the day.
