Got offered a pharma/healthcare role (currently work consumer side). 15% more than current role, lateral move, remote for now of course. Not sure if I should take the offer or not, given I have no experience in pharma & health. I said I would sleep on it. Advice?

How fair is it for the firms to pay different salaries for the same work in different countries? or lower salaries to employees from the developing nations even though they might be working directly with the client or leading projects?

I’m interviewing for other jobs, and have a potential offer at $130K base. Any idea what the market is like? Is seems like anything between 72K and $250K is possible. I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.

I saw this townhouse in a prime location in my city for $350k (cheap for the area). The floors are all messed up though but the buyer said they’ll either lower the house price or give a credit for closing cost.
