Retention bonuses in law enforcement can vary depending on the agency and the rank or position of the employee. In some cases, retention bonuses may be offered to incentivize officers to stay in a particular department or agency
Depending on the unique conditions and the department or agency's budget, the bonus amount might vary significantly. It is recommended to inquire about their retention incentive rules and amounts with your specific department or agency.
