Do you guys like 100% remote work? I’m in Seattle but working 100% for San Francisco office while the majority of the team members are located in SF. At first I enjoyed not needing to go to office but then recently I started worrying about missing out on all the social interactions and disadvantages that I might have for future promotion and career developments etc. Then I’m not sure if it’s worth moving to SF office either due to the increase in the living expense and stress from moving.

WFH Vs WF Office Vs Hybrid, Which one should you take?
If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.
