Do you have to join Deloitte within 2 weeks of H1B approval to get the sign on bonus? I would like to push the start date by a week but my recruiter told me that if you don’t join within 2 weeks of visa approval you would not receive the sign on bonus. Anyone been in this situation? Thoughts? TIA
