How many times a week do you hit the gym?
I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

Take a look at your diet and exercise habits. Look into adding probiotics (I use kombucha), vitamin d, and fiber into your diet. Also get outside everyday and try to exercise at least 5 times a week. I promise it will help a lot. It won't be instantaneous but you'll notice small change every week.
Every dang day it seems like. I have no outlets because I definitely don’t want to bring it up at work and scare people, it’s not fair to dump on my family, and I’m too busy to see friends as often as I probably should. I just bottle up my issues until I get to break free from my obligations and relieve stress by doing something I enjoy like fishing or golfing. Probably not ideal but really don’t know how else to handle it.
Gym is a good outlet.
Started seeking help a few years back:
Therapist bi-weekly (personal)
Lexapro daily (low dose 10mg thru VA)
Mediation/workouts/walks daily
3 beautiful children I love more than life itself
I still struggle daily with the thoughts, but the PTSD, the anxiety, the panic attacks have all since subsided. I now focus on what I love; my health, my relationships, and my legacy.
Happy to talk about it.
I have a good team at work so a few people are aware I'm in therapy. I make the most out of my firm's mental health resources, talk to my dog when I'm on walks and when all else fails, trusty booze helps.
Feel free to DM
I got a hobby and a Therapist.

New research coming out regularly showing the efficacy over traditional treatments for depression and ptsd.
Albeit find a qualified reintegration therapist if you’re in a dark headspace, can make a bad situation worse self medicating in those instances.
Feel free to DM, happy to chat more and point you in the direction of qualified professionals offering psychedelic therapy, even the VA is now acknowledging the efficacy and offering this type of treatment at some VA centers.
I’ve been in a terrible toxic corporate environment for 18 months. Surprisingly THAT broke me while not on the stuff I did in service did not. Got a therapist and went on anti anxiety meds.
Every day and some days are worse that others.
