Depends on the role. If it’s mostly prep and pros or managing it, probably the MS. If it’s a broader role with more business facing counseling, probably the mba.
Depends on the company and type of IP program they run. But neither is a huge leg up in hiring unless you can talk about how you’ve leveraged your learnings in a way that matters to the company.
I wouldn’t spend money on more degrees solely for the purpose of increasing marketability for in-house roles.
