Does anyone have recent experience flying into LGA or EWR? What was the covid procedure / tracking like?

I’m unstaffed for the first time this week, which means that no one wants to book me. Not even for BD. I have been crying all day and start having suicidal thoughts again.

Dyslexia! After having our kindergartener son tested (privately) related to ADHD, we were told he may have dyslexia too (which would explain why he struggles so much with phonics but is amazing at sight words). He has a very high IQ. As a voracious reader, I am finding myself unexpectedly distraught that something that I have loved so much will be such a struggle for him, and worrying that it will affect his motivation and may steer him away from things he may otherwise love.

Hi! I have recently taken a step back from my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and am trying to find my next move. My family keeps recommending medical sales, my bank account recommends finishing the degree that cost me an arm and a leg, and my heart is conflicted in so many areas of interest - PT, Psych, sales, etc. I am currently working as a patient care technician but do not see this as my end goal. Any recommendations on sales vs PT vs psychology vs really anything? Thank you!!

I know everyone will have different answers for this but how did you know it was time to get sober? I think it might be time for me to find a new job and pursue sobriety, but I don't feel like I'm a rock bottom which is the only time I've ever seen people really commit to it (my father). Apathy isn't the right word but I just kind of feel numb about everything and I think being sober would maybe help.

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I did ask this with our doctor and he said casually its all same. This is not to question any doctor but just to really understand what is going to be different with the kid. I've seen people say that if you're underpaid, you can't just outline your contributions because your manager needs a compelling reason for finance to bump your salary and they need to prove you're underpaid. So how do I present my case that I'm being underpaid other than "my friends make this amount in their role" or "Glassdoor says this" when finance can find rebuttals for these arguments?
