Quotas stay the same, expectations increase, and suddenly half my week is reporting instead of selling. It’s starting to feel like busywork dressed up as innovation. I want to be a team player, but I’m also burning energy on things that don’t move pipeline. Do you push back? How do you decide what actually deserves your effort?
