Same or more. You’re saving money and my spend is higher because of wfh unless I’m commuting by car

That’s a very logical way to think about it, but do you think companies will realistically view it that way?
The same. If companies try to cheap out they will lose top talent
Companies should pay more because you’re taking on/reducing their cost of real estate, utilities etc etc. You also probably end up adding more work hours to your day.
Yet somehow you’ll end up getting paid less…
Rising Star
Less. If your job can be done entirely from home, it’ll soon be able to be done from Bangalore
If you live NYC/SF, there’s someone who can do your job and happy with a much lower salary than yours that’s living in Raleigh or Colombia.
I disagree - I dont think that the talent pool in small town america will catch up with the talent pool in big cities anytime soon.
Remote jobs shouldn’t pay less, companies should offer home office setup allowance as well, and expense for internet. However pay can vary based on location you are in, cannot expect Bay area salaries while living in rural Arkansas.

Less. It shouldn’t be that way, but ya
Less
The same or less- remote expands the potential talent pool so there is a greater likelihood that someone is willing to do that job for less, especially if that job was originally located in a HCOL area like SF or NY.
