Exit opportunities as a senior? Want to leave PA but want a job that’s not boring with no month end close. Suggestions/Advice?

Can anyone give me their honest opinion on working at Eli Lilly, the Indy site? I have a few coworkers that have worked there in the past but no one recently. I’m currently being recruited pretty seriously for a in-vivo technician position in the auto-immune team, but I already have a job lined up at Envigo as a small animal sx tech. Salaries would be comparable (Lilly would most likely be a little more with bonuses), but if the culture sucks, I’d hate to burn a bridge with Envigo.

Just started a new Data Analyst position in which I have constant meetings with senior leadership and executives. I have a bad habit of giving too much background info and not getting straight to the point. I just feel like every little detail is important (even though that’s not always the case). Any tips for breaking this habit or just become more efficient with advising?

Hi I am through the technical interview for Oracle fusion middleware admin position, with 3.2 years experience. Had call with HR and she mentioned only 45% hike is possible that would be around 6.5 LPA. I am expecting around 8LPA. I am interviewing for a senior consultant role in Salesforce practice at a big4 firm. What should I expect as a compensation?

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. My question is those currently in an HR role, would this move make sense to you?

01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.

I’ve been in inside/outside roles 7+ yrs in Real Estate & have led sales/development on large residential developments for luxury new construction & assist buyers, sellers, investors. Now both my kids are in school FT I don’t need flex hours & prefer not to work weekends. I’d like to be in AE role where I can build a career I’m proud of with more stability. Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. Just one rejection after another, even when applying with internal referrals from Director or Partner levels. What am I doing wrong?

When leaving as an audit manager, if you’re going to a competitor and they ask you to leave the day you give notice, do they always pay you out the 2 weeks or are you technically fired?

Getting so many replies for referrals to big 4 but how likely will I get hired lol? Tried it once and never got a word back.

Looking for advice: when leaving the big4, is it better to cash out your vacation balance or take all your vacation if it means you could leave the day of the performance bonus payout? Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?
