Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. Right now I would need friends that are in same life stage as me:kids, jobs ect. I do go to a church group but it is very hard to make meaningful relationships.
