Greaaaaaaaaaat!🥴 lol
A mini EY within EY that seems to have control and power just because of its history of big personalities who went on to major leadership roles. No one to this day has been able to justify why FSO is its own thing with any explanation beyond “Because we said so…Why? You gotta f’in problem with that?”
EY6 Doh…good one! No, not the bench and never will be. There is no bench for my kind.
FSO is a group of FS client sectors (Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, etc) that has many, many practices.
You’ll need to be more specific about the group
Yeah, with the wealth team. They’re good, are grouped with Asset Management into WAM (Wealth & Asset Management). Decent bit of front office work, but middle and back office is where they get lot of revenue.
Partner who ran WAM just got promoted to run FSO consulting, so their group has good bit of clout.
Overall seems like good group, nice people, and work is being sold.
Can’t speak to capital markets.
Happy to refer if you need it. Might be able to help move your resume along
No problem
