Job offer in same industry w/ annual bonuses of $80K (assume guaranteed). Base comp (excl. above bonus) is slightly above current base (factoring in COL adj). Requires a move and may have to work 10 more hours a week than I currently do. New city would require grandparents to fly in (instead of 3hr drive), but new city fits families’ lifestyle better (more stuff to do). Have newborn and toddler, but SO thinks it’s a great idea. Would allow rapid repayment of 300K+ student loan. Yay or Nay?
