I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months. Is it really unrealistic to expect a raise in this current economic climate? Review period is coming up in July, and I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot by not asking for a raise.

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark). I'm having a lot of trouble pinning my manager down for my annual review to even discuss my performance, let alone the raise. Feeling the undervalued (and now underpaid):

I am in a slight dilemma now. I have got an offer from Hyderabad based company and also i have already resigned from my exited from my current company. I have accepted the offer thinking they will give temporary WFH atleast for few months, atleast that's what they said during interview. But now they have asked me to come to office ASAP. Now i am having second thoughts about this. My question is can I resign this offer and continue searching for other jobs without working?
