The ramp is brutal year 1 and 2. But stacks pretty quickly after.
It will vary based on geo and service line but 600k is around year 2/3.
Not true
I mean sell more and I guess you can partake ?
Currently making 500k per year outside of consulting (more if the stock price increases) with zero requirement to sell anymore.
I’d that in the net range of Y1 to 5 EY partners (after tax obligations)?
Sounds like a great fit if you don’t like selling. But a lot less than a Partner makes by year five especially if advisory consulting.
Have to look at both top line and bottom. I have heard Deloittes average revenue per partner is $3m higher than EY ($8m vs $5m) so would expect that to fall to the bottom line and is why we are now pushing more MDs.
This surprises me. Isn’t EY the only big 4 where all partners are equity partners? Always thought that meant profit sharing way earlier in the partner ramp
No, EY has MD level as well.
How is PwC partner ramp?
$600k starting and $1M by year 5.
