I would just start with OTC minoxidil and give it a few months to see if that’s sufficient before adding the rest? I know people that have had great experience with it.
You just need a good dermatologist to see you through this. I’ve heard good things about laser and minoxidil. Vitamins can play a part if you’re deficient already but my understanding is otherwise they don’t stimulate growth. My mom went through all this and everything you listed was discussed with her by her dermatologist, and they wanted her to come every 3-4 months to check back, not monthly. And not $4000! Her appointments were covered under insurance.
Check your hormones (go to hormone specialist). Also, stress levels. Lots of water, healthy eating, exercise , vitamins... try those lifestyle changes first before you put bandaids on. If after doing that you still notice nothing is changing then go that route (Turkey is also known for having great treatments).
