Facebook is laying off thousands next week. They’re getting 4 months severance and their healthcare fully paid for, for 18 months… then Cobra if needed. We get 2 weeks severance (if we’re lucky) then Cobra at the end of that month. Our industry is the f’ing worst.

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification.
