Which agencies in NYC still give bonuses?
Hey Folks. I hope I am posting in the right space about this. Anyone knows the updated(2022) compensation range for QA Automation Engineers with 2 years experience?
A general range at Glassdoor has an average base pay at 110K/year shorturl.at/dhuIZ and I am looking for more sources. Cheers

Are they 12-15 posts due whenever you feel like coming up with them? Is there a set timeline? Are the posts all up to you to decide? Is there a brief? One brief for each month? A bunch of different briefs that break each month into 4 chunks of 3-4 posts? Are they static posts? Video? Text only? My point being, I wouldn't accept the job without a lot more details. Always get clarity up front to help you set the rate. Otherwise you'll fall into the trap of setting a low rate for something that initially sounded easy because they were intentionally misleading.
UPDATE:
“So let's say Instagram and TikTok captions, maximum 15 posts a month. You'd be writing the captions looking at the artworks/ images/ videos we make, and we'd brief you completely on who the client is, their USP, keywords, tone of voice, etc. And yes, a monthly retainer would be best.”
- that’s a monthly retainer, I’m not sure what a decent rate should be for this type of work.
Charge a daily rate if things are vague and uncertain. It will cover you a lot more

I’ve found hourly to be the most flexible, especially for unknown/general projects and if you already have a full-time gig.
I typically charge $100/hr.
I don’t fux with hourly rate jobs because I write fast. The speed at which I create shouldn’t effect my comp.
