Delta's website has Comments/Complaints link at the top right

@OP that's pretty much what I write. @ACN on the Delta site you can submit a compliment or complaint.

You're actually entitled to cash vouchers if the delay is more than 2 hours. It's a law

I'm Plat w/ Delta and I submit a compliant after every 1hr+ (non-weather related) delay. I think they factor in your status too but I've received between 10k-15k every time.

I'm also platinum with Delta. What points do you make in your complaint? I just said "I choose delta for reliability and that I feel let down".

Where do you submit these complaints? I've tweeted before but never really got anywhere other than a "sorry"

I am EP with American and got 5k for a 8 hour flight delay

Quick scenario: If I have a consulting offer from a different Big 4 that has a start date post-10/15, so that in theory I would not have to submit a 2 weeks notice until post-10/1 (bonus payout date) but I sign the offer pre-9/30, am I obligated (looking for both legal & professional standpoint) to tell PwC because it is with a competitor? This is essentially the exact same group at the other big 4

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
