Question is not very clear? Do you want to know how to get basic knowledge of SQL/R or other skills that are easy to pick up?
Gotcha, I highly recommend courses on Udemy (or perhaps other places). Usually at B4 you can get free access to those courses through corporate account.
For SQL, I did a course: the SQL bootcamp - from hero to zero. Great tutorial and hands-on. You can stick to the basic modules and not bother about the more complex ones. In total it takes 20hrs but with 5 you can get by.
For R - do some research, not sure which ones are good.
All of the resources you’ve been provided on this thread are great starting points. However, since this is for a job interview I’d suggest going on to HackerRank and attempting some of the basic/easy SQL problems. Depending on the company you’re interviewing with, if there is a SQL test, it might be in a format similar to this. Good luck
For SQL you should know how to make, delete and join tables at the most basic level. As well as query a table using WHERE clauses. Look at W3 School to learn these points
For R, you should know how to assign variables, generate data frames, and perform basic manipulation of the data frame to perform calculations (think sum, concatenation, updating, etc. )
W3 schools for SQL
W3 Schools lol
Sound like more of a data literacy point.
Types of joins and data formats should be enough. Specific syntax can be googled when needed.
