Hi, I have been interviewed for the Vice President - Engineering position at JPMorgan Chase . The first interview result was conveyed within 3 days. Regarding second interview, I am still waiting for the result. It's been more than 3 weeks now and have not received any response about it. The job application status shows "you are under consideration for an interview". Can someone let me know the general timeframe to receive a response, should I keep hope in getting the opportunity?JPMorgan Chase

Create the office approach virtually
Thanks. I’ve got a few things working. So should have something soon.
I started in a leadership role fully remote as well earlier this year so I completely know how you feel. My recommendation is to ask HR for org charts and try to foster a “company buddy” who has been there for at least year, that can help you navigate the organization. Be strategic and set up virtual zooms with the department heads so you can network, become educated on their org and if it makes sense who you should work with on their team. Moreover these meets and greets will help
You w/ addressing your questions.

Also realize that most of the challenges you face aren't from being remote, it's from being new. Yes, it's a tad more challenging to build rapport over Teams, but having to hunt for resources when new to a company or organization/team is universal.
After a bit of a geography/region remapping, I was on a different team. I met them once at kick off and otherwise it’s been pandemic. We keep a group chat going on MS Teams and as silly as it is, you get to know people real well by the types of memes they share.
