Found out today that I was rejected after my final round interview for a role I dreamed to have. Thought I did well, but unfortunately didn’t have a good outcome. The company will send my feedback and will consider me for future opps. Any ideas how the best way to go about responding? I would really still like to join the firm and think I am a qualified candidate which can really add value. I just want to make sure I can maintain communication and maybe get a second chance at being considered.

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

Got an offer. But, the employer is not willing to wait for year end joining bonus. This is already an earned bonus for FY21 with payout 3 months later in Dec.
